1. Refunds are NOT accepted
2. All our products are Tax Free. The customer should pay the taxes on customs on their country.
3. CHANGES WILL BE POSSIBLE IF…
* The item was not been used and the change request is reported within 7 days of arrival date for international shipping or 7 calendar days of the purchase date in place.
Customers will take by their side all extra shipping taxes and customs required during the process.
* When the product arrives to our studio, we will analyze the reasons you gave and the state of the product to act accordingly, the happiness of our customers is very important to us and we will do our best to ensure your contentment.
* The change will be made in exchange of another product of the same price or higher (customers should pay the extra cost before shipping).
* If the product arrives damaged due to due to poor service from the carrier, you must provide photos and official paperwork of the damaged products dispatched by the responsible delivery company as they agree with you.
If it's our fault, then, we will find the best solution to fix it with no extra cost as soon as possible.
* If the shipping company looses the item and you do not receive it, we will do several investigations with the shipping company. If there are clear evidences, we will refund you the total amount of the item. On this case, your refund will be available in your account at the latest 30 days after your payment.
* If still after passing the QUALITY TEST in our products, there are any design flaws on your product, we will repair the product for free or we will exchange it for another product of the same value. (with no extra cost).
