This bespoke one-f-a-kind silk kaftan was created as a gift from a men to his wife from Mayotte. We take the most cherished pareo of her where is represented the Mayotte island as a map and we made it in the kaftan.
We made a digital designs to show the approximate results to our customer following some colors from the pareo and we designed 24 Jasmin flowers in golden inks, we made countless samples of real colors over silk to get the best tones.
This was a really special commission to give not only a gift, if pure love and admiration.
